    A Note From Maritza

 

The Law of Attraction becomes easier and easier everyday with more awareness, the more you listen, the more you surround yourself with the message, the more you remember to use what you know to guide the words you choose and the thoughts you think, which affects the way you feel which becomes your vibration, the better your matching resulting vibrations will be. And then one day, we'll experience that quantum leap I've talked about before, that happens in a moment, but that we've been preparing for and paving the way for! Remember Quantum, the elephant, who experienced a quantum leap of Knowing?

The LOA is always working all the time, when things are going well and when they aren't. Granted, it is harder to have faith and stay on track when things are not going the way we want them to go. But that's when we have the greatest opportunity and the most spiritual growth and we get more clarity on creating what we do want. It may mean choosing words and thoughts that may not be as familiar, or as comfortable or as usual to you right now, but doing it anyways, to move towards what you want.

A big key to creating a new mindset and resetting your vibration is consistency. Consistently, in each moment, choosing to feel better, to gently talk your way into it, just like you would an old, dear friend. So today, find reasons to FEEL better and find happiness, contentment, optimism where you are right now, in every moment.

It is important to FEEL GOOD and find reasons to FEEL HAPPY while you're in the process of applying the Law of Attraction. That in itself will help you apply it more effectively! Many times, finding a reason to be happy is a choice you can make, it's a perspective shift. You can decide to be happy when you realize you don't have to control the circumstances that are going on around you in other people and events in order to be happy. You cannot expect to find reasons to be upset, discouraged and resentful about the things and people around you and FEEL GOOD. And this is a choice you can selfishly make for yourself, not for anyone else around you.

First, you have to realize that you are doing great no matter where you are on the emotional spectrum. And that means if you are frustrated, or you are optimistic, or you are angry even! You are aware of where you are and that is a great beginning. Most people don't even take the time to know where they are on the emotional scale. You've probably noticed that in people around you, people reacting to things and letting their emotions take over, bringing them more of the same; instead of gently guiding their emotions and vibrations. From knowing where you are on the emotional spectrum in any given moment, you can take yourself where you want to go, even if it is slowly. You're still moving in the right direction.

Something that can help us Be Happy Where We Are is to live within each current day as much as possible. If you let your mind regret the past or worry about the future, your thoughts and emotions are controlling you instead of you guiding them. Try to live in the present as much as you can. Enjoy what you are doing, no matter what it is, find the fun in it, make it fun in some way, like a game, challenge to yourself to find the good parts of it. We have to find the happiness inside of ourselves wherever we are. We do this by choosing the better-feeling thoughts. By guiding our feelings up the emotional scale and sending out vibrations that will bring back what we do want. Enjoying moments and sincerely looking the good in it.

Something that can really help us feel happier is Making Peace with where you are, no matter where it is. This is so important. Remember that our lives are full of things for which to be appreciative right now. And whatever is in your life right now that you don't like is only temporary and is based on your past words, thoughts, feelings and vibrations. You are in this moment, in the process of changing things, if you want to, which will determine your future matching results. And this is done using our words, thoughts and emotions and a huge way to positively guide our vibrations higher is by feeling appreciation. The reason so many of us, many times don't feel appreciation for the things we do have is because we forget about them and don't focus on them and we only focus on the areas in our life that we want to improve.

By appreciating the things we already do have, we automatically raise our vibration and those parts that we do want to improve can rise too! When we don't appreciate the good things we have right now, we're telling the Universe that we don't want more of that good thing we have. We have to be appreciative and grateful in advance. The Law of Attraction hears that and brings more of that to you.
