Sometimes when people begin to learn and apply the Law of Attraction, they feel overwhelmed and they feel that everything has to be perfect, and they think, "This is more difficult than I thought"! Instead of saying that learning about the Law of Attraction is difficult, that changing the way you think and feel is difficult, say things like, "I'm aware of what my words, thoughts and feelings are creating and I'm learning to use them to create what I want. And I'm becoming clearer on what I want to create! And, most importantly, it isn't even MY JOB to do the HOWS-it-going-to-happen, that's the Universe's job - to figure out the HOW." That's the perfect first step. We're in the process of shifting our perspective and learning how to make things go the way we want them to, by using the Law of Attraction. And you should think, "I don't have to make it all happen now. I'm in the process of taking baby steps in the right direction. I don't have to get it all done today. I just have to be aware of my feeling, which are telling me in each moment what it is I'm bringing closer to my experience, what I don't want or what I do want. I'm learning more and more about the Law of Attraction and I'm on the right path!"
So just relax, know you are heading in the right direction, look for evidence of what you want happening and celebrate all the evidence that you DO see, appreciate the things you DO already have and TRUST. If you find opportunities that are coming your way, it might be for a reason, they might be the links in the chain to bring you closer to what you DO want. So stop and think before you let fear make you say, "No". Decide to TRUST a little bit more and doubt a little bit less, feed the trust with your focus of attention and see what wonderful experiences and opportunities you can have! One of these days, you'll get a big "Aha!" moment and the message of the Law of Attraction will be so much easier than you ever imagined. Life will become about living each moment, having less fear and making a choice in each and every moment, in each now, now, now...., now
....and now....... to feel better and have more fun!

The Law of Attraction helps you get really good at trusting your inner intuition, which we've said is your Emotional Spectrum, or Emotional Guidance System, which is giving you guidance in every single moment by the way you FEEL.
The Law of Attraction helps you follow that inner guidance and prompts you to do things when you are inspired. I have created my life in such a way that I rarely do things I don't want to do anymore and I've been able to create a career around one of the hobbies I love, training and riding Andalusian horses and singing. I've ridden horses since I was little; I used to travel around the United States doing shows and charity fundraisers. Now I plan big events for corporations and tour groups that come to San Antonio. I do my horse show for these groups, which basically means I make the horses dance, I sing on horseback and I get paid to do it! I also do group Law of Attraction training using the horses to help people release their fears and doubts and TRUST MORE. It's wonderful to see people who have never even seen a horse in real life, use their inner intuition and intention when interacting with these horses, who are pure positive energy. And a horse trusts their inner guidance and they doesn't have those pesky negative tapes playing in their heads so there's a lot we can learn from them. Some of my family members used to tell me to "get a real job!" and sort of rolled their eyes when I talked about doing what I love, but now I am living my passion while some of them are in situations they aren't even happy with.
We all have fears and doubts sometimes and the Law of Attraction isn't about totally getting rid of them. Because we're all human, what we DO want to do is lessen fears and doubts. And the TRUST card I chose right before talking to Oprah said something like this: "Remember: you have to take the jump, even when you have doubt. If you wait to let doubt subside first, the time will never come for you to jump because doubt is a self-creating process. One doubt creates another; another doubt creates another. This exactly what the Law of Attraction tells us!! When we have certain thoughts, either positive or negative, the Law of Attraction will bring us more of the same or similar thoughts, because that's where you're vibrating. And the same thing happens with TRUST, or positive vibrations. One moment of trust creates another, and another moment of trust, then a sort of chain is created. And when you begin, it can be natural to hesitate when you are stepping out of your comfort zone.
I remember when my sister Kerry and I were visiting Peru. We saw some people hang gliding off of these huge cliffs and gliding over the Pacific Ocean. Well, I'm really scared of heights. I don't even like to be on a ladder, but one of the things we always try to do when traveling together is to do things we wouldn't normally do, to take risks and get outside of what is normal for both of us. So I looked at her and said, "If I have enough money in my pocket to take a hang gliding ride, do you want to do it?" I still cannot believe I said that! And while I was reaching for the money in my pocket, I remember thinking, "I hope I don't have enough money!" But, I did. So we paid to ride tandem with these people on the hang gliders. And when I stepped off the cliff, because that's what you have to do, you actually have to walk off a cliff and the air comes up underneath the wings of the hang glider and lifts you up. Well, when I stepped off the cliff, I remember I almost passed out from the fear. And I thought, "What the heck am I doing? They probably don't even have a license to do this!" But I decided to try to relax and trust, and it was one of the most fun experiences I've ever had! For the last 15 minutes of the ride, I just held my arms outstretched and imagined I was a bird and a feeling of utter calm and peace surrounded me. It was simply amazing!
I love the fact that I HAD TO TRUST ENOUGH TO PHYSICALLY STEP OFF A HUGE CLIFF, what a perfect visual for what we do when we TRUST and let go.
So it's OK and it's normal to begin with doubts, but don't give the focus of your attention to the doubt- pay more attention to the trust. Then the Law of Attraction energy moves towards your trust, and that trust creates a chain. You shift the momentum of the Law of Attraction from negative to positive. Little by little, the energy of doubt is lessened and absorbed by the greater energy of trust and the increase of the positive vibrations from the trust. And how many times have we given up wonderful experiences and opportunities because of our doubts and fears? Even when you were inspired to grab those experiences and opportunities, sometimes you let the fear and doubt take over and you decided not to take the opportunities and experiences life put in your path. Like talking to a certain someone, taking a lower paying job that you would have loved more (which probably would have led to something more-because when you do what you love, the abundance follows), not telling someone you love them, not doing something you've always dreamed of that's "out of your comfort zone"? We've all done it, but by using the Law of Attraction, there is a way of turning the momentum around, of helping the Universe bring us the perfect people, wonderful opportunities and experiences. We just have to TRUST the Universe and have our eyes open to what it's bringing us.
